Our Olympic Barbell is equipped with bearings which provide a smooth and balanced lift throughout all exercises. They also have olympic knurling for effectively griping the barbell when executing exercises. The weight capacity of the barbell is 1000 lbs.

Olympic Cast Iron Plates: 2x2.5 lbs, 2x5 lbs 2x10 lbs, 2x25 lbs, 2x35 lbs and 2x45 lbs.

3. Pullup Squat Rack

The Pull Up Squat Rack's barbell hooks and safety bars are fully adjustable for your height preference. There are holes all along the side of the rack to add any cage attachments. The pull up bar is very sturdy and solid for straight bar pull ups which is a very effective workout for multiple muscle groups.

This is a commercial grade Multi Feature Adjustable Bench. It adjusts in 6 different positions including flat, decline, incline, straight up and a few in between. It comes with a preacher curl attachment and a leg extension attachment to bring an added variety of versatile exercises.

The Barbell Cushion gives you a comfortable placement on your traps to effectively execute squats. It can also be used as a bench press cushion when bringing the bar down to your chest. There are 4 colors to choose from : Red, Blue, Black and Pink.
