These dumbbells adjust from 5 to 52.5 lbs. They adjust in 2.5 lb increments from 5 to 25 lbs. Afterwards the adjustments are in 5 lb increments from 25 to 52.5 lbs. In conclusion, they replace 15 sets and are a very good start when building a home gym.
