Pre-Orders
Our products are so popular that we put them on sale whenever we order new stock, and they sell out by the time they get here (in about 95% of the cases!). Products will be ready to be picked up in the date range mentioned on the individual product page and priority will be given to all pre-orders. Cancel Your Order
You can cancel your pre-order at any time. Simply contact us and we’ll refund you the same day! If you don’t like the product when it arrives, you can also demand a refund.
Duties & Taxes Policy
1. Canada
• All orders shipped within Canada include applicable GST/HST and/or provincial sales taxes.
• You will see the exact tax calculation at checkout.
• No additional duties apply since products ship from within Canada.
2. United States
• Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by U.S. Customs.
• Historically, shipments valued under $800 USD entered duty-free, but recent trade policy changes mean duties may now apply regardless of order value.
• Motv8 does not control or cover these charges. They are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) may also charge brokerage or handling fees when clearing U.S. customs.
3. International Orders (Outside Canada & USA)
• If available, shipping rates will show at checkout.
• Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Order Refusal / Non-Payment of Duties
• If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from the refund.
5. Transparency
• We strive to keep shipping costs low and provide clear information upfront.
• Unfortunately, duties and taxes are set by governments and carriers, and we cannot alter or refund these charges once applied.
