Processing Fees**
All cancelled orders are subject to a 5.5% non-refundable processing fee, which covers transaction costs charged to us by our payment processor. These fees apply even if the order is cancelled before shipment and will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount.
We want to be as transparent as possible—this fee ensures we can continue providing fair pricing and fast service to all customers.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Sales@motv8.ca. If your return is approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions and the return address. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Motv8 does not apply discounts retroactively. All purchases are subject to the promotions available at the time of purchase and cannot be adjusted afterward.

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
