Damaged Product Replacement Policy


At MOTV8 INC, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied. However, in the rare case that your order arrives with damages, we have a clear process to address the issue:


Replacement Process

1. Replacement Parts:

For any damaged components, we will ship replacement parts free of charge to resolve the issue quickly and effectively.

Replacement parts are carefully packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Detailed instructions will be provided to ensure the repair process is straightforward and simple.

2. Return Option:

If you are unwilling to repair the product using replacement parts, you may return the damaged product to us for a refund.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product in its current condition.


Important Notes

Fully assembled replacements are not offered due to the high risk of damage occurring again during shipping.

We are committed to assisting customers throughout the replacement process to ensure safety and satisfaction.
