Damaged Product Replacement Policy
At MOTV8 INC, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied. However, in the rare case that your order arrives with damages, we have a clear process to address the issue:
Replacement Process
1. Replacement Parts:
• For any damaged components, we will ship replacement parts free of charge to resolve the issue quickly and effectively.
• Replacement parts are carefully packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
• Detailed instructions will be provided to ensure the repair process is straightforward and simple.
2. Return Option:
• If you are unwilling to repair the product using replacement parts, you may return the damaged product to us for a refund.
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product in its current condition.
Important Notes
• Fully assembled replacements are not offered due to the high risk of damage occurring again during shipping.
• We are committed to assisting customers throughout the replacement process to ensure safety and satisfaction.
